1.2 Data provided by you

You can also delete your account by sending an email to our Customer Care Service.
4.2 Access right
You are entitled to be informed as to what personal data are stored, their origin and recipients, and the purpose for which these data are stored. You can obtain information on the personal data stored using the contact details from the Contact Details section indicated below.
4.3 Right of rectification
You are entitled to request the rectification, addition, deletion or locking of your stored personal data. We will notify you within a period of four weeks after receiving your request whethe we are going to grant it and, if so, to what extent. If for any reason we cannot grant your request, we will tell you our reasons.
5. Information security and data integrity
We will adopt the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data from their accidental or unlawful destruction or the loss, alteration, use, disclosure or unauthorized access thereto, especially when processing implies the transmission of data over networks, or any other unlawful form of processing and misuse.
6. Protection of personal data of minors
The protection of personal data of minors is extremely important. All for padel considers that they are responsible for protecting the privacy of minors and, consequently, has no intention of collecting data of minors under the age of 16.
If a minor under the age of 16 tries to submit a registration request, it will be rejected and you will be notified that requests are not accepted from minors under the age of 16. Therefore, we will ask parents and other guardians to control and monitor minors' Internet use in order to protect them.
7. Social networks
Our website and apps (mobile) provide social connectors to various social networks. When you choose to interact with a social network, your activity on our website or via our apps (mobile) will also be made available to social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
If you logged into one of these social networks during your visit to one of our websites or apps (mobile), the social network can add this information to your profile. If you interact with one of the social connectors, that information will be transferred to the social network. 8. Geolocalization services
We offer localization services in some of our apps (mobile), such as Google Maps and Bing Maps. If you use these applications (mobile), you may receive information on your actual location (such as, for example, GPS signals sent via a mobile device) or information that can be used to pinpoint your location. Generally, you can activate or deactivate your localization services on your device or browser settings.
