Complete in-house design and production
At AFP Courts, we manage every phase of padel court production in-house to ensure top quality and consistency. Our main headquarters covers 7,000 sq. m with state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, our 3,500 sq. m facility in Lliçà de Vall (Barcelona) is fully upgraded for manufacturing metal structures, including mechanical design, welding, and assembly.
Technology investment
Our technological transformation is evident in our investment in equipment and infrastructure. We have invested €3M in infrastructure and industrial equipment to enhance our production capabilities and maintain our high standards.
Painting tunnel
We have an automated electrostatic painting plant with a 181.5-meter-long aerial transponder, chemical pre-treatment cabin, two cutting-edge paint application booths, and two polymerization ovens. This setup provides superior anticorrosive protection to all metal elements, ensuring higher quality and durability for our courts.
