Padel court designer and manufacturer for professional projects
Each project is assessed according to its location, indoor or outdoor use, wind conditions, environmental exposure, and specific requirements for playability and visibility.
As an international padel court manufacturer, AFP Courts manages the structural design, materials, welding, painting and preparation of every court through its own engineering and production processes. Our Barcelona padel courts factory operates with industrial technology and recognised quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015 and UNE 147201:2024 for padel courts.
As the licensed manufacturer of adidas padel courts and the producer of redsport courts, we offer pillar, panoramic and competition models for projects of different scales. This combination of technical expertise, manufacturing control and international experience positions AFP Courts among the padel court manufacturers capable of delivering reliable, durable solutions adapted to the requirements of each installation.

Our services
The AFP Courts manufacturing process is tailored to the specific requirements of each project, from the initial technical assessment to the final installation on site. Quality control is integrated throughout the entire process, ensuring that every component meets the required specifications before moving to the next production stage.
The technical team reviews the conditions and requirements of each project, including the installation location, intended use, indoor or outdoor environment, climate conditions, wind exposure and destination-market requirements. The site is analysed using available information, including location data and mapping tools such as Google Maps, to understand the project context and installation conditions.
Based on the project requirements, AFP Courts defines the most suitable court model and configuration. This stage includes the selection of structural solutions, colours, artificial turf options, glass specifications, lighting systems and other accessories to personalise the court according to the client’s needs.
Once the design is approved, the manufacturing process begins. Steel components are prepared, cut, welded and assembled according to the technical specifications of the project. During each manufacturing stage, quality controls are carried out, and any component that does not meet the required standards is identified and removed before proceeding to the next stage.
The structural elements undergo the required preparation processes, including surface treatments and electrostatic powder coating, to ensure durability, resistance and a high-quality finish.
All manufactured components are inspected and verified before dispatch. Glass panels, artificial turf, lighting systems, nets and accessories are checked, organised and prepared according to the project requirements. Components are only approved for shipment once they have successfully passed the relevant quality checks
All elements are carefully identified, packaged and organised to optimise international transport and simplify assembly at the final destination. Once delivered, AFP Courts carries out or supports the installation process, ensuring that the court is assembled according to the approved technical specifications.
